KEY ELEMENTS FOR CREATION OF A SUCCESSFUL E/COURSE
Social Relations
One of the key values in keeping and building an online business up is maintaining and improving what I like to call its “Social PR” or in other words its brand and personality in terms of social public relations.
All aspects of online in general entail in one form or another ways of communicating and relating. It’s the relationship of interconnecting and informing that builds up knowledge and exchange of ideas and experiences that all go into the vast pool of knowledge and resources that make up the online community collective.
To sell your products and services, to find out about your market, and communicate your message it takes knowledge, and experience, and awareness in social values and determining the skills you have and will need to learn further in order to expand and achieve your online growth in your business online presence within the area of its social relations department and resources.
Common social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and forums and other social groups such as clubs or organizations that connect with your market are useful ways to channel your business social PR and make your products and services known.
These platforms are also ideal ways to advertise and publicize your business. Each has its particular purpose and when building your business social relations, the ones most suited to defining your business relations and products goals need to be looked at and taken into account when planning your social PR.
Advertising links to this field so level of costs will need to be considered according to your budget allowance for business SPR. This can include different types of ads to suit your budget as well as paid and free traffic which also can come under your social PR plans as it forms part of focusing on relationships in terms of getting to know who your customers are and relating to them in their language or common understanding.
Basically there are three levels to consider when it comes to building relations and doing day-to-day S.P.R exercising. There’s the level of relations formed in respect to your mentors and people more experienced in your field of business and who you learn from. Then there’s those who as your peers are on the same level and where everyone’s experiences and ideas exchange are creatively explored and sometimes implemented which will go towards helping you know where you are and what ideas suit and you decide to use for relationship building and purposes to do with your business values and progress from this area to the overall contribution for the business as a whole. And thirdly there are those who you yourself may find helping in teaching or who are learning to also become proficient at online and what you yourself have passed through and in turn share as result of direct invaluable experience and are passing on that knowledge.
In a certain sense social public relations is an extension of marketing. There does entail learning how to use certain software and the going by the guidelines of each social platform as well and it does take time to build up a social presence based on experience in genuine friendliness, however it also builds self-value and communication skills and channels that into a healthy outlet so they can benefit not only your online business endeavors and yourself but also as an added bonus benefit others and their business in the community where each person shares and contributes their experiences of online and passing their business values for the benefit of all as well.
